Grading with Dr. Vance

A real grading-room experience with the strictest examiner-calibrated grading (IDP/BC standard). Supports typed text and photos of handwritten answers.

What to expect

Account security: this tool runs on Google's Gemini infrastructure. For the link to work correctly, your browser MUST already be signed in to a Google/Gemini account before you open the grading room.

Submitting your answer: once inside, you can paste your typed answer directly into the chat box, OR find the [+] button on the left of the input box to upload a photo of your handwritten answer.

Before you start

  • Requirement 1: Sign in to Google/Gemini BEFORE tapping the access button, or the link will fail.
  • Requirement 2: You MUST submit the TASK PROMPT (Task 1 or Task 2) along with your answer, or Task Response/Achievement cannot be graded accurately.

Step by step

    Have your TASK PROMPT and your ANSWER ready (typed text, or a clear photo of your handwritten answer).

    Open a new tab and make sure you're signed in to your Google account (gemini.google.com).

  3. 3

    Come back here and tap the access button below to open Dr. Vance's grading room.

  4. 4

    In Dr. Vance's interface, paste your task prompt and answer (or upload a photo via the [+] button), then wait for your detailed report.
