Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bandzy (bandzy.org), a digital English exam-preparation service. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. The service
Bandzy provides online IELTS/THPT practice: automated Writing and Speaking assessment, vocabulary and grammar practice, mock tests, reading and listening exercises, and model materials. Everything is delivered as a digital service through the website and app — there are no physical goods.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login (phone, email or Google account) secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing paid access is not permitted. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Purchases and pricing
Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Vietnamese đồng (VND) and include VAT where applicable. We sell PRO subscriptions, per-use grading credits, and access to model-answer libraries. We may change prices, but a change never affects a subscription you have already paid for during its current term. Payment terms are described in the Payment policy; how content reaches you, in the Delivery policy; and cancellation, in the Refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute, scrape or bulk-download the learning content or model answers.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, quotas, or security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to harm others.
5. Intellectual property
All model essays, exercises, vocabulary data, audio and design belong to us or our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation — not ownership.
6. Automated assessment — no outcome guarantee
Writing and Speaking scores are produced by an automated examiner calibrated to public band descriptors. They are a practice estimate to guide your study and are not an official IELTS/exam result. We do not guarantee any particular band or exam outcome.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or abuses the service (for example, sharing a paid account or scraping content). Where a closure is our fault and not due to your breach, any unused paid balance is refundable under the Refund policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We aim to resolve any complaint directly first — please contact us. Unresolved disputes are settled by a competent Vietnamese court in accordance with law.
