Instant digital delivery
After a successful payment, your purchase — a PRO subscription, grading credits, or access to a content library — is activated to your account instantly. You use it online through the website and app at any time within its validity period.
If activation fails
If, due to a technical issue, your service is not activated after a successful payment, contact us and we will activate it manually within 24–48 working hours.
Validity
PRO runs for the term of the plan; credits and content access follow the validity shown at purchase.
